1. Acceptance
By using TindaTrack, you agree to these terms. If you use TindaTrack for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that business.
2. The service
TindaTrack provides offline-first point-of-sale, inventory, menu, receipt, reporting, account, cloud backup, and multi-device features. Some features require internet access, a supported device, a compatible printer, or a paid plan.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting credentials, assigning appropriate staff access, and activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Your business data
You retain ownership of the business information you enter. You grant ScriptHex permission to process that information only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve TindaTrack.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use TindaTrack to break the law, infringe rights, distribute malicious content, gain unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or misrepresent transactions.
6. Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions, trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled through Google Play when offered in the app. Prices and plan features are shown before purchase. Trial eligibility may be limited to one trial per eligible account.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep TindaTrack reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, or improve the service.
8. Business responsibility
You are responsible for checking prices, taxes, inventory, reports, receipts, backups, and legal requirements applicable to your business. TindaTrack is not accounting, tax, or legal advice.
9. Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, TindaTrack is provided “as is” without warranties not expressly stated here. ScriptHex is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Termination and deletion
You may stop using TindaTrack at any time and may request account deletion. We may restrict access for material violations, security risks, or legal requirements. See the account deletion page.
